Westin Riverwalk conference photography is a specialty of the Parish Photography team. We photograph conferences and events in the numerous ballrooms and meeting rooms at the Westin hotel throughout the year. Located in the heart of downtown San Antonio right on the famous Riverwalk, this hotel delights guests from both out of town and within San Antonio. Everyone loves the Riverwalk!
One of our most recent conferences at the Westin Riverwalk Resort and Spa was for individuals with a rare form of a platelet disorder. During this multiple day conference, patients met other individuals with the same medical diagnosis. In addition, parents and caregivers were able to attend support groups with like-minded people, and doctors and researchers provided insight into the latest medical information about the disease. The conference focused on hope and community. It was a joy to capture these moments for the organization hosting the conference as well as for the individuals who attended the event. Attendees traveled to San Antonio from around the world for this conference. They represented over 20 different countries.
What We Do
Our team captured many aspects of the conference, including the general sessions, breakout rooms, the exposition, and a breakfast panel. In addition, we photographed portraits of several individuals for the association to use on their magazine covers throughout the year. Our Parish Photography team also documented the smaller details of the event, such as setup and layout, different spaces used throughout the conference, signage, and decor. We delivered timely images to the company and production team in a typical 3-5 day turnaround. We also offered same-day images for next day use.
For every corporate event, we create a dedicated DropBox folder which we share with your team and keep on file for ten years.
