Our team specializes in San Antonio JW Marriott convention photography. At a recent conference for Johnson Controls, we captured numerous aspects of the conference including a welcome party on the first evening, general sessions and breakout rooms, and an evening cocktail party featuring armadillo races, a live bull, and a leather stamping station. Conference attendees from out of state especially enjoyed these Texan activities. Many had never taken a selfie with an armadillo (or even seen one) or sat on a massive Texas longhorn. The leather stamping station was a fun way to bring home a Texas memento and allowed attendees to adopt the Texas spirit and engage with each other and local vendors. We also photographed the final event of the conference, a seated dinner accompanied by an awards ceremony where Johnson Controls celebrated the successes of many of its employees. We closely collaborated with the production team to ensure maximum event coverage. Over the multiple-day conference, we provided same-day images for use in a daily slideshow for attendees to enjoy.
